We offer white commercial table eggs of the best quality to our customers and they are procured from our own local production farms adhering to FSSAI laws and are certified fit for human consumption by government health authorities including the FDA. We are promising exporters, supplying quality white shell eggs durably packaged.
Quality
Eggs are free from bird flu and contamination as they undergo infection testing and hence certified fit for consumption. Additionally, the eggs are subjected to bacterial tests to ensure they are free from salmonella infection.
Grading
Following are the grade and traits of poultry eggs exported by us:
- Color : White Shell
- Size : Small and medium
- Weight : The Weight of eggs ranges from 45 to 55 gms.
- The eggs are supplied as per client's specific requirements
Packing
Eggs are packed with the following quality standards:
- Packed under quality supervision and observation.
- Damaged eggs are discarded to avoid contamination.
- Every carton is detailed with brand name and the specifications of the egg.
- Chemically treated trays are used with strong five ply cartons to ensure safe transport.
- Production date, expiry date, Country of origin mentioned and approved by the FDA.
Shipment
- Shipment is done in 40 Feet High Cube Reefer Containers. Every refrigerated Reefer container used for shipment is strictly maintained at a temperature range of -5°C to 0°C.
- 30 White Shell Eggs in each Tray.
- 12 Trays packed in One Carton.
- 1312 Cartons in One 40ft High Cube Reefer Container.
- Which means 30 eggs x 12 trays x 1312 cartons = 472320 eggs in One 40ft Container.
- We also export in 180 eggs and 240 eggs packing based on clients requirement.
